Reformulate the entire order environment, ensuring its consistency with the rest of the product; facilitate user access to the redemption of payment codes and tax documents that are currently issues reported by the customer service team, and make it easier for customers to understand the purchase status, reducing communication noise.

During the project, I worked in the "discover" stage by conducting benchmarking and a specific literature review on the topic.
In the "define" stage, I had the opportunity to take full responsibility for strategic decisions and proposed solutions.
And in the "design" stage, I ensured the consistency of the interface with the previous marketplace project, relying on the support of two designers in the UI design and documentation.
